There is NO charge to home buyers and/or sellers for using our service

 

Do I have to fill out any forms?

Not on our web site! You are free to contact any agent directly

 

Do I need to provide my name and contact information?

No! You will have access to agents directly via links from our site

 

What is the MLS?

MLS stands for Multiple Listing Service. In short, the MLS combines the listings of all available homes for sale by agents and brokers.

 

What if I do not see the city I am interested in?

We are constantly adding more professionals to better serve you. If you cannot locate your city, please email us and we will work to add it. We are constantly expanding our coverage area.

 

Why should I use a real estate agent that specializes in a particular area?

Real estate is a very localized industry. It is in your best interest to utilize the services of a professional who is familiar with the local market conditions, economy, recent sales, etc.

 

How does your service work?

If you are a buyer, simply chose the area that interests you (city and state). The city is a direct link to that local MLS. When you click on the city, it will take you directly to a local real estate agent's MLS access page.

If you are a seller, click on "sell a home" button and it will direct you to chose a city and state to locate a real estate agent that can assist you in that area.

 

Will my information be shared with any third parties?

We do not collect any information about you. You are free to contact the real estate agents in our network direct and provide or not provide them with any information you wish.
