How do I connect with potential prospects?

All prospects, buyers and sellers, will contact you directly. When you become a member, you will represent a city. That city is a direct link to your site

 

Do I need a website?

Yes! Buyers and sellers will be linked directly to your website.

 

How many agents can represent a city?

Only ONE agent per city! Once your application is approved, you will be the only agent representing that city.

 

Do I need to have MLS or IDX access on my website?

If you want to be listed in our buyer section, we recommend you have a home search option! Buyers will spend more time on your site if they are able to search for homes.

 

How does your site work?

When a buyer clicks on a city, they are linked directly to an agent's website in out network.

 

How much does it cost?

Currently, we have a flat rate of only $99 per city for the entire year. We do not take a percentage of closed transaction nor do we charge any other referral fees.

 

I don't see my city, why?

We are constantly expanding our coverage area and looking for professionals. If your city is not in our database, you can still submit our application and list the city you want. We will then add it to our database.

 

How will this site help me make money?

According to the National Association of Realtors, approx. 80% of home buyers start their search on the internet. Having a presence on the internet has become a necessity.

 

How do I know if a city or state is available?

Click on the city, if it is available, the link will take you to a page that states "this city is not being represented," you may proceed to register that city. If a city is being represented, clicking on the link will take you directly to that agent's website.

 

How long does it take for my link to appear in the city section?

Once you fill out the form and submit payment, it typically takes approx. 24 to 48 hours for your link to be active. You will receive a confirmation email when your link is active.

 

How do you generate leads to your site?

We do what most top producing agents do. We run ads. We also use the most powerful marketing tool available to anyone - the Internet. We advertise through many various networks and search engines. Investing heavily on search engine placement and pay-per-click (Google, MSN, Yahoo) advertising, our system generates thousands of request for real estate services every month.
