Mls2agent.com allows users/visitors to locate properties and services from independent third party Real Estate Professionals. We currently do not collect information from users. This is an anonymous service to our users unless you chose to disclose information to third parties via our web site. Mls2agent.com users consent to receive emails from us or third parties. Mls2agent.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any user/client information that is alleged to be inaccurate or misleading. Mls2agent.com may refer real estate professionals to users/visitors. Real Estate services are performed by local Real Estate Professionals not by mls2agent.com. Mention of third party products and/or services is for informational purposes only and constitutes neither an endorsement nor a recommendation of those vendors. In addition, use of trademarks or links to other web sites is not intended to imply, directly or indirectly, that those vendors endorse or have any affiliation with mls2agent.com.
The collection, arrangement and assembly (compilation) of all content (including the underlying HTML code) on this mls2agent.com is the exclusive property of mls2agent.com and protected by U.S. federal, state and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the mls2agent's content is strictly prohibited. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, mls2agent.com has no control over the quality, safety, legality or regulatory compliance of any transaction they enter into, and the truth or accuracy of the member’s web site In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the mls2agent.com.

We cannot guarantee the accuracy and availability of listings and other information contained within these sites. All actions taken by the user/client of the web site are the responsibility of the individual. You acknowledge that mls2agent.com is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through any external site. We urge our users to conduct their own research to ensure the accuracy of the information.
Members of mls2agent.com
While using mls2agent.com, you will not:
• Post inappropriate content on our linking from your site.
• Violate any laws, third party rights, or our policies.
• Use the site if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from our Sites.
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information).
• Transfer your mls2agent.com account or cities to another party without our consent;
• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm visitors to mls2agent.com, or the interests or property of mls2agent.com users.
• Copy, modify, or distribute content from mls2agent.com copyrights and trademarks; or
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.
Mls2agent.com and the community work together to keep the site working properly and the community safe. Please report problems, offensive content, and policy violations to us. We may limit, suspend, or terminate our service and user and/or subscriber accounts, prohibit access to our web site, remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the site if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies. We also reserve the right to cancel accounts.
Subscriptions
Mls2agent.com subscribers understand that their membership is on a first come first serve basis. Mls2agent.com charges you through an online account (PayPal) for use of the service. You agree to pay Mls2agent.com all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of the service by you. You authorize mls2agent.com to charge your chosen payment provider for the service. You agree to make payments using that selected payment method. Mls2agent.com reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.
Most subscription plans to the service consist of a period for which there is an annual charge. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an up front annual charge. You must provide current, complete and accurate information for your billing account. Mls2agent.com reserves the right to remove any listing/advertisement found to display inaccurate or deceptive information or for which complaints have been received. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The web pages and listings of members who cancel their membership, or whose credit cards expire without first providing another card for us to bill, may be removed from mls2agent.com and its affiliates. Mls2agent.com may assign or delegate its rights and/or obligations, in part or in whole, under this agreement to any of its subsidiaries that are wholly owned directly or indirectly by mls2agent.com.
Renewals
If the subscriber elects to renew their subscription, they may do so at any time until the cancellation date. In the event that the subscriber does not renew by expiration date, they forfeit the right to renew in their chosen area.
Liability
You will not hold mls2agent.com responsible for other users' actions or inactions, including things they post. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers, sellers, agents and other professionals. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings. Nothing in this agreement shall modify the governing provisions of California Commercial Code § 2401(2) and Uniform Commercial Code § 2-401(2), under which legal ownership of an item is transferred upon physical delivery of the item to the buyer by the seller. Unless the buyer and the seller agree otherwise, the buyer will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of the item from the seller, in accordance with California Commercial Code § 2401(2) and Uniform Commercial Code § 2-401(2). Further, we cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services, and operation of the site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted, we exclude all implied warranties, terms and conditions. We are not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our site. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages, so such disclaimers and exclusions may not apply to you. Regardless of the previous paragraph, if we are found to be liable, our liability to you or to any third party is limited to the greater of (angel) the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to the liability, and (b) $100.
Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, we cannot and do not confirm each user’s assumed identity. Because we do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the behavior of participants on the site, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release mls2agent.com (and its agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which says:
"A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor." We are under no legal obligation to control the information provided by other users. By its very nature, other people’s information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases unintentionally or even intentionally mislabeled. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any material in the site content. The use of our mls2agent.com and it's content is at your own risk.
In no event shall mls2agent.com be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the mls2agent.com network, with the delay or inability to access or use the mls2agent.com network or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any content, software, products and services made available or obtained through the mls2agent network, or otherwise arising out of the use of the mls2agent.com network, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if mls2agent has been advised of the possibility of damages. Any content made available or obtained through the mls2agent.com network is done at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results there from.
In no event shall mls2agent.com or it’s suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
MLS2AGENT.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SITE PAGES WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY SITE PAGE AND ITS SERVER ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL MECHANISMS. IF YOUR USE OF ANY SITE PAGE OR THE MATERIAL RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING OR REPLACING EQUIPMENT OR DATA, MLS2AGENT.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE COSTS. THE SITE PAGES AND SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MLS2AGENT.COM TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MLS2AGENT.COM. MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE MATERIAL, SERVICES, SOFTWARE, TEXT, GRAPHICS, AND LINKS. IN NO EVENT SHALL MLS2AGENT.COM., ITS SUPPLIERS, OR ANY THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED ON ANY SITE PAGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY SITE PAGE AND THE MATERIAL, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT MLS2AGENT.COM. IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Release
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."
Access and Interference
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to accessmls2agent.com for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not:
• take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
• interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the web site or any activities conducted on the site
Customer agrees not to submit any business descriptions, photographs, financial information, contact or other information to mls2agent.com unless the Customer has received all necessary rights and authorizations, including from the photographer and/or copyright owner of any photographs, to publish and advertise the business on the mls2agent.com web site
Our site contains links to third party web sites. We are not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and do not make any representations regarding the accuracy thereof. If you decide to access linked third party web sites, you do so at your own risk.
We reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your listings from mls2agent.com web site and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the site and/or any other service provided to you by us upon any breach by you of this agreement or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the site.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless mls2agent.com subsidiaries, affiliates, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, made by a third party alleging or resulting from your use of the materials or your breach of the terms of Agreement.
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement or our products or services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles County in the State of California, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. We make no claims that this site and its content may be lawfully viewed or accessed outside of the United States. If you access the site from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. The laws of the State of California govern this Agreement, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Users and clients expressly agree that this is a form of advertising. Your use of and reliance upon any and all of our network, services and/or content is at your sole risk and is made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Mls2agent.com makes no express or implied representations, warranties regarding web site traffic, emails, statistics, leads, or guarantees with regard to the appropriateness, correctness, accuracy, sufficiency, veracity, value, completeness, or timeliness of the mls2agent.com network, services and/or content. Mls2agent expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Disclaimers and Limitations

In addition, Mls2agent.com may make changes and improvements to the information provided herein at any time. Mls2agent.com and it’s suppliers are not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages or other injury arising out of or in any way connected with the use of mls2agent.com’s services or with the delay or inability to use the web site. Or for any information, software, products and services obtained through the web site, or otherwise arising from the use of the web site, whether resulting in liability or otherwise, even if mls2agent.com and/or it’s suppliers had been advised of the possibility of damages.
Privacy
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We use your information only as described in the mls2agent.com Privacy Policy. We view protection of users' privacy as a very important community principle. No waiver of any term of this agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Except as expressly provided in additional terms of use for areas of the site, this agreement constitute the entire agreement between you and mls2agent.com with respect to the use of the site.
